1. What is Ferrox?
Ferrox is a contact sport liniment based on a traditional family recipe of a Chinese topical liniment that has been used by fighters for hundreds of years. Created for recovery and injury support, it’s designed specifically for athletes and anyone engaged in physical activity.
2. How do I use Ferrox?
Apply about five to seven drops of Ferrox for every 2 inches of the affected area using the dropper. Massage it in firmly until fully absorbed for maximum effect.
3. Can I shower with it on?
While nothing harmful will happen if you shower with Ferrox on, it’s recommended to apply it after you shower for better absorption and longer-lasting effects.
4. Will it stain my clothes?
Yes, it can stain white or bright-colored clothes, as well as countertops and tiles. To avoid staining, apply Ferrox in a safe area and ensure it’s fully dry before coming into contact with clothing.
5. When is the best time to use Ferrox?
Ferrox can be used before training, immediately after training, and during recovery at home. It’s perfect for easing tension and supporting muscle recovery throughout your day.
6. Can I put it on a cut?
No, do not apply Ferrox to open wounds. Only use it on intact skin to avoid irritation.
7. Can I drink it?
Please do not ingest Ferrox. It is intended for topical use only. Avoid the face in general, definitely do not put it on or near your mouth, nose or eyes.
8. How long will a bottle of Ferrox last?
Depending on use, each 100ml bottle should last about 1-2 months with regular application. Since a little goes a long way, it’s an economical solution for frequent athletes.
9. Can I use Ferrox with other topical treatments?
Yes, Ferrox can be used alongside other topical treatments. However, we recommend allowing the Ferrox to absorb fully before applying other products to the same area to avoid skin overload.
10. Is Ferrox only for athletes?

11. Is Ferrox safe for my skin?
Yes, Ferrox is made with herbal ingredients and is safe for most skin types. However, we always recommend doing a patch test before first use to ensure there’s no sensitivity.
12. Why is there sediment in my bottle?
Ferrox is a small batch, home-brewed dit da jow, made with whole herbs. Don't worry if you notice some small sediment or pieces in your bottle, its part of the formula!
13. Where does Ferrox source its herbs?
Ferrox gets its whole herbs from Fat Turtle Herbs, a custom TCM pharmacy based out of Los Angeles, California. Our founder has been ordering from them for 7 years and has always been very pleased with their quality and service!
14. Do you offer international shipping?
At this time, we do not offer international shipping. However, we are actively looking into options and hope to provide it in the future.
